4.Namo Buddha and Thrangu Tashi Yangtse Monastery Half-Day Tour

★★★★★★★★★★5.0 · 24 reviews · from $104

Review of the Namo Buddha half-day tour from Kathmandu, with monastery visits, Himalayan views, lunch, transport, costs, and practical tips.

“Took a taxi for namo buddha from hotel grand Kathmandu. It costed around 9000 nepali rupees. He came and picked up at 12 and we were back by 7 pm. The trip was not worth it. Very bad road and too much traffic and at the end been to the monestry for some half an hour. So don't put it on your list unless you have no other option. Chandragiri is far better place and has better view.”
