★★★★★★★★★★4.9 · 6 reviews · 8 hours · from $38Best value

Review of Lumbini’s private 8-hour tour, including Mayadevi Temple, monasteries, guide quality, costs, transport, and practical tips.

“Suhail was a very friendly guide, flexible with starting time and had a lot of information to share. It was a very interesting tour and he also helped me to find a monastery to stay in for the next nights. Unfortunately, admission to the Nava Maitri Maha Viharaya was not included, and if you also book a tuk-tuk to explore the large complex more easily, the tour becomes relatively expensive. Overall I would say if you are interested in the history you should definitely book a guided tour.”
