Deepak gave us lots of information about the food, their origins, etc. we sampled Nepali Masala Milk Tea, Plain Bara, Mixed Thukpa, Vegetarian Samosa, Panipuri, Vegetarian Chatamari, Sugarcane Juice with Lemon, Chicken Steamed Mo:Mo, Khajuri (Thekuwa), and Selroti.
